My ambition has always been to work in my own creative environment, and two years ago I decided to work part time and realise this ambition. After many months of experimenting I developed a technique combining wool fibres and hand painted pearlescent webs.

At
art college I had always enjoyed drawing and painting as part of the creative
process, and drew on this as a source of inspiration thus developing a series
of work based on land and sea.

recently I have developed my work into still life, using my collection of
ceramics and the drawings of Bonnard as a source of inspiration.
